Included it the price of introductory courses, Boat, paddle, bouyancy aid.
All you need to bring is yourself, clothes to get wet in, including shoes.
A drink to take with you, a towel and dry stuff to change into afterwards.
The course begins with a briefing, kitting up with a bouyancy aid etc and boat adjustment for the best fit
The coaching you receive will be on forward paddling, turning, stopping and moving backwards.
Rather than overload your learning in one go, the coaching is spread out over a short journey on a scenic stretch of estuary and river.
You will have the opportunity to get wet, or not, it's up to you.(Come expecting to get wet though!)
Followed by feedback and advice on how to progress your canoeing.
